运用全球教师胜任力框架提升中国教师关键胜任力

Building up Chinese TeachersKey Competences through a Global Competence-Based FrameworkTKcom

项目是欧洲“伊拉斯姆斯+”(Erasmus+)计划高等教育建设项目资助的教师专业发展及能力培训项目。该项目由西南大学连同西班牙巴塞罗那大学、英国诺丁汉特伦特大学、葡萄牙科英布拉大学、中国北京师范大学、西北师范大学四国六所大学40多名学者集体攻关,建构大中小学一体化联合实施机制,是历经3年完成的国际性大型合作项目。该研究计划基于全球教师核心能力框架,旨在开发适合培养中国未来全科小学教师胜任力的培训方法,促进中国在这个领域的建设和交流,并帮助应用新的教学模式,提升目前在职和职前教师能力。该研究不仅有利于教师自身职业发展,更有利于扩大教师全球视野和加强我国教师与国际最新的教学实践接轨。该团队已完成了包涵9种胜任力的中国中小学教师关键胜任力框架模型、测评工具研制、培训课程研发,形成了包括培训人员、测评工具在内的一整套系统的培训课程模式。在此基础上,组织实施了种子教师的在线培训、面对面培训、职前教师培训和在职教师培训教学实践等工作,并于20194月开始应用CBA教学模式进行试点学校的在职教师培训和教学成果评估,提升了教师面向未来教育变化的关键能力。

在职前教师培训领域,经过在线与面对面培训,种子教师将CBA教学理念应用至教学实践中,并形成了基于CBA理念的特色课程。首先,课程采用基于能力本位方法(CBA)的单元授课模式,具体包括授课对象、学年、授课单元、单元课时、学生学习成果、单元目标及学习目标、单元内容、教学与学习方法、单元评价、反馈机会等要素。这些具体要素可以量化学生的学习目标,根据具体教学内容,确立相应的教学方法,并且依据具体目标进行多元化评价。其次,课程设计充分展现对职前教师九大关键胜任力的关注与培养,项目组专家从政策解读以及教师关键能力资源两大领域,在能力定义与维度、理解能力内涵与特征、对能力的评估这三个层面对中国教师关键能力进行了相关界定,并结合我国教师与教学实际,形成了符合中国教师实际的教师能力本位框架图(GCTF)。课程具体介绍见下表格。

Class Observation and Teaching Reflection

The goal of this course is to record,analyze,and study the operating status of the classroom through observation, and based on this, it seeks to improve student classroom learning and promote professional activities for teacher development.Observation as a professional activity requires observers to collect data directly (or indirectly) from the classroom with a clear purpose, relying on their senses and related auxiliary tools (observation tables, audio and video recording equipment),And do the corresponding analysis and research based on the data. It aims to develop key skills such as classroom observationteaching leadershipteaching evaluationand goal design for prospective teachers.
